Jeff Koerner spent all of his adult life running a family business. He wasn't a therapist, a neuroscientist, or a meditation teacher. He was a businessman from New Jersey who one night, at 3:44 in the morning, wrote a poem he hadn't planned to write — and found himself on the other side of something he couldn't explain.
That night changed the rest of his life. Not because he went searching for transformation, but because he finally stopped fighting what was already there.
